Q ASSIGNMENT INSTRUCTIONS Create an interactive presentation that focuses on the following components: • Culture Clash: In your presentation, discuss potential conflicts, oversights, and gaps in care that may arise due to the differences between the specific healthcare needs of your diverse group and the healthcare needs of the general population. Additionally, outline barriers your group might face in accessing CLAS in the present healthcare system. • Advocacy: Present a detailed vision and list of strategies for a more inclusive and CLAS healthcare system for your group, with specific goals and action steps of how to begin moving forward with this new inclusive vision. • Create a Presentation: Presentation should be equivalent to 6-8 slides worth of content (although you are not required to use PowerPoint). In your presentation, describe your findings of the culture clash and your vision for a more inclusive system. Include your goals and action steps in a logical manner. To support your vision, please import your infographic as a visual representation of the barriers and resources you identified in your community. • Support your presentation: • Use a minimum of five (5) reliable sources suitable for an academic presentation. If you are unsure what is considered reliable visit the OWL "Evaluating Sources (Links to an external site.)". • Include a reference slide at the end of your presentation. • Cite references within the presentation (just as you would in a paper; format as an in text citation). Do this to clearly identify where your information is sourced from. • PowerPoint or other presentation software may be used. Be creative! • Submit • Submit your presentation below no later than Sunday, as it will be individually graded by your instructor. • Additionally, submit your presentation to Part I in Module 8 so you can share and learn from your peers in our final module. Please submit your assignment by Sunday by 11:59 pm ET. You will be assessed using the attached rubric.
